Using Eimyr
You may download Eimyr from this site and use it, free of charge, on any Mac of yours, for anything lawful, personal or work.
Eimyr remains the property of its author, Pavel Piuro. You may not sell, rent or redistribute it, or copies of it that have been changed. To share Eimyr, share a link to this site.
Parts by others
Eimyr includes software by others under their own licenses, among them Brave's adblock-rust (MPL 2.0), uBlock Origin's scriptlets (GPL 3.0) and Mozilla's Readability (Apache 2.0). Those licenses, and where to find the source they ask for, are in the app under Eimyr › Acknowledgements. Nothing in these terms limits what those licenses allow you.
Other services
The websites you visit and the services you connect to Eimyr, such as search engines, Bitwarden, GitHub, iCloud or AI agents, have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to what you do with them.
No warranty
Eimyr is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a browser: it can have bugs, a page can break, and data can be lost. Keep your own backups of what matters, including your passwords.
To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using Eimyr or from being unable to use it.
Changes
These terms may change with new versions of Eimyr. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.
Privacy
What Eimyr sends over the internet, and what stays on your Mac, is on the privacy page.
